Silpada has been making high-quality silver jewelry products that have delighted millions of women since 1997. Holding true to Silpada’s origins, they consider each and every one of their customers to be a friend.
Goals
After conducting market research, looking at the business, and gathering information from existing consumers, we identified a need for a brand refresh in order to continue the brand’s growth. Our goal is to update the existing brand in order to tap into new markets, while preserving some of the core elements.
Proposal
Learnings: Implement consumer learnings to the brand refresh to better target our existing customer base, and expand into metro areas and younger demographics.
Conversion Rates: a creative refresh will help improve consistency, building brand awareness, recognition and improving overall trust.
Customer Engagement: continue to educate our new and existing demographic into Silpada’s values, brand positioning and new product expansions with clear messages, consistent creative, driving overall customer engagement.
